S.J. (Shane to his friends) writes screenplays. He also writes short and long fiction. His debut feature film, ‘A Day Like Today’, has been called “powerful and poignant” and “a touching picture that presents us with an earnest updating of an oft-overlooked movie formula.” (Dublin Inquirer) His next feature film is in the pre-production phase. His debut novel, ‘Leaving Sadie’, is released in 2018.

I’m an Irishman currently based in Vancouver.
